Supplier Identification & Qualification

We identify and vet suppliers at origin — verifying certifications, quality standards, financial stability, and ethical compliance before any engagement.

Contract & Price Negotiation

Favourable pricing, payment terms, and contract structures negotiated against market benchmarks — protecting your interests at every clause.

Logistics & Freight Coordination

FCL/LCL containerisation, freight forwarding, multimodal transport, and last-mile delivery — coordinated end to end.

Documentation & Compliance

Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, phytosanitary certificates, inspection reports, and customs declarations — handled completely.

Quality Control & Inspection

Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at loading ensures products conform exactly to agreed specifications.

Post-Shipment Support

Shipment tracking, port-of-destination issue management, and customs clearance coordination — we stay engaged until delivery.
